- At DHStyles we want you to be happy with every article of clothing you receive from us. DHStyles offers an unconditional 30 days return policy (from the date of
receipt) for STORE CREDIT of your purchase price LESS shipping/handling (also applies for Free Shipping, if received, your store credit will be reduced to reflect our cost). If refund is requested, there will be a 30% restocking fee on the purchase price and less shipping/handling, NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not offer free returns at this
time and customers are responsible for all return shipping cost.
IMPORTANT: RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
- We will be fully responsible for direct Manufacturer product defects
or if a wrong product was mailed to the customer. Upon verification, a return shipping cost
will be reimbursed (in store credit) OR to receive a pre-paid return label please take a clear photo image of the problem and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
1. CONDITION: Items must be returned in the original condition with our original INVOICE, PACKAGING, AND TAGS. It is very IMPORTANT that you DO NOT REMOVE TAGS for we may consider this action as being worn. Any items returned to us without the original packaging and/or
not in a good resell-able condition (i.e: perfume or smoke smell, deodorant/make-up marks,
dirtied soles, or washed) there will be no refunds, no store credit, no exceptions.
2. NON-QUALIFIED ITEMS:
ALL 70% , 80% , AND 90% OFF ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE (NO RETURNS, NO
EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL)
AND DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS AND SANITARY
REASONS, WE DO NOT RESELL SWIMSUITS, INTIMATE/ INTIMATE APPAREL, HOSIERY
AND LINGERIE ITEMS. THESE ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE (NO RETURN, NO
EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL).
4. TIME LIMIT: 30 DAYS from the invoice date. Any items returned after this date we will be imposed a 30% restocking fee in store credit, no refunds. (and all the above requirements must be met) or refused.
5. POSTAL RETURNED OR REFUSED PACKAGE: If a shipped package is returned back to us due to customer error, i.e. wrong shipping address, refused, and unclaimed package, and international package refusal due to customs issues, we will automatically provide store credit less 15% restocking and less s/h. If refund is deemed due to unreachable shipping address a 30% restocking fee will be imposed and less any related return fee(s) imposed by the shipping carrier)
