Please rest assured that we never charge any one order more then one time. This is simply not possible with our system.
If you see your credit card appears to have been charged multiple times, please note this is because of a different reason. Every credit card company has a policy for charges that were attempted but declined. Your credit card company most likely has internally held the charges that were attempted by you even when they were declined. We have no power over funds being held by your credit card company.
To resolve this issue quickly, we highly recommend calling your credit card company to remove this "hold," since the charge(s) was declined. This may speed up the process of your funds being released earlier. We have seen payments being held anywhere from 1-5 business days. |
