1.  Go to "My Account" and log into your account

2.  Look for "View Track, and Request Return For Your Recent Orders".  Find the order number you need to make a return.  You can either click "View Details" directly on the screen or look for more order by clicking "view all" link:

3.   Once you are in the orders page, click the "Need to Return? Create an RMA" button.

4.  Complete the RMA claim form as instructed and submit.

5.  Once you create an RMA claim you can check the status and comments by revisiting "My Account" and looking for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).  You can click RMA number you have created to the left.
