The chiffon material is very flowy and has a unique dotted print in white. Fully lined with very soft white satin material. Lots of ruffles for an uber feminine look. Because this skirt is made of 100% polyester  it does not have any stretch to it besides the elastic waistband waist.  This skirt can be dressed up for that night out or any evening occasion.
