It is a very unique style and I liked the look but they are not as snug as I would have liked them to be.  I didn't feel there was enough lycra.  I wore them out one night and was constantly having to pull them up.  Plus, the calves section was tight.  I probably have above average size calves as I am into sports but I wouldn't say abnormally big.
