We will gladly accept the return of products for 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason for :

1. Store Credit: 100% store credit of purchase price
2. Refund*: Purchase price less 25% restocking fee due to the costs involved and to keep our prices competitive.  Refund option is not allowed if store credit was used.
   
• *Please note if you choose a refund route any shipping promotion you have received i.e. Free shipping will be deducted from the total.  Any reward points received will also be forfeited.
3. Exchanges are not offered due to our fast changing stock levels

All returns without original tags attached and not in it's original condition requires a 25% restocking fee and refund option is not allowed. Request for returns not postmarked within 30 days of receipt, worn items, and/or item beyond light repairs may be completely refused.

Shipping/handling and insurance costs are not refundable or creditable unless there was an error by us, in which case we also offer a reasonable return s/h store credit (offered subject to inspection and approval).  Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect or damaged product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Can't Log In?  If you are unable to create a RMA claim because you did not create an account with us by creating a password during checkout, please Click Here to create an account with us, then request your order to be linked to your new account.  DO NOT ship back without receivng a RMA number to avoid any delays.
2. Item must be unworn with no odors, smoke, perfume, etc.) and all original tags must be attached.
3. Item must be returned postmarked within 30 days of receiving item.
4. Jewelry, lingerie, swimwear and accessories are final sale and can not be returned due to hygienic reason.

If a shipped package is returned back to us due to customer error, i.e.  wrong shipping address, refused, and unclaimed package, we will automatically provide store credit less s/h.  If refund is preferred, there will be 25% restocking fee.
